Philmar Alipayo Shares Sweet Photo with Andi Eigenmann

Philmar Alipayo observed National Couples Day by posting a romantic photo with his fiancée, Andi Eigenmann. The champion surfer shared the shot on his Instagram story on Wednesday, May 29, using the "Add Yours" sticker and the caption: "National Couple Day! Post your other half." The photo, taken on one of their beach trips, showed the couple's affectionate rapport.

This post came after a viral video surfaced showing Philmar engaged in an apparent personal conversation with another woman. Philmar was seen in the now-deleted video leaning close to the woman, standing nearby, and gently patting her leg. The video triggered widespread gossip and discussion on social media.

Andi addressed the topic in an Instagram story on Monday, May 27. "He can go out with his friends, go drinking every once in a while, and chat with whoever he wants. No harm in that," she said. She blasted the video's intentional manipulation and release to incite conflict and disrupt their peace. 

The woman in the video, who also removed her post, denied having a sexual relationship with Philmar in a subsequent TikTok posting. Speaking in Bisaya, she said, "Hindi totoo ang inyong iniisip at hindi totoo ang mga naglalabasang issue sa social media. Alam ko na mali ko, ako rin ang naglaglag sa aking sarili," admitting her guilt for not keeping her distance but adding that they were not flirting.

Earlier this month, breakup rumors surfaced after Philmar did not accompany Andi on a family holiday to Japan. Andi denied these accusations in an Instagram post.

Andi went to Siargao in 2017, and she started dating Philmar in 2018. They got engaged two years later and now have two children, Lilo and Koa. Andi stated in late April that they had postponed their wedding, which had been planned for this year, due to the loss of her mother, renowned actress Jaclyn Jose.
